Andrea Anders
Anders was originally born in Madison and was raised in DeForest. She currently lives at Los Angeles. Following her graduation from DeForest Area High Schools in DeForest as well as Stevens Point University in 1997 with a bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science degree, she was born in Madison. In 2001, she earned an advanced master's in fine arts from Rutgers University. From 2006 to the year 2015, Anders and her former Joey co-star Matt LeBlanc, who met during the filming of the show that was cancelled, dated. Sean Anders directs her (Sex Drive, never Thawed). Anders began her career in theatre in 2001. Anders was the understudy of Mary Louise Parker for the Broadway production Proof. She also was Elaine Robinson later in The Graduate. Additionally, she was as a character in On the Jump on the Arena Stage and New Doors at the Guthrie Theater. Anders was also seen in Two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender as well as New World Rhapsody. In May 2007, Anders was cast in her first Geffen Playhouse performance of Fat Pig. Fat Pig shut down on July 1, 2007, with Anders playing the role of accountant Jeannie. Anders made her debut in a commercial on TV for Dannon during the 90s. And then, again around in the year. Anders is best known for her role in the television series Joey (as attorney Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell) as the wife of a former football player. Both series were cancelled, even though she appeared on every episode. Anders appeared in guest roles on One Life to Live (as Donna Degenhart), Law & Order (as Heather), The Guiding Light as well as Tru Calling. In 2003 she appeared as Donna Degenhart on five episodes of the HBO drama Oz. She also made small appearances on The Stepford Wives (2004) as Heather and Sex Drive (2008) as Brandy. Anders was also seen on Numb3rs that aired in 2008. Anders played in two television shows that failed. Spellbound, News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single camera workplace comedy created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
